Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis for damaged, missing and incorrect order items only. Kindly send us a mail with your order number, images and description of the items at email@example.com within 15 days of order delivery.
Refund to the customer’s original payment account will be processed as soon as the return request is approved by us.
Exchange of items is only approved in case of damaged and incorrect order items reported within 5 days of order delivery. The return and shipping costs of exchange will be borne by us.
